You must be at least 18 years old and you must provide valid government issued photo ID in order to get tattooed. I do not tattoo anyone under the age of 18, regardless of parental consent. 

My minimum is $250 no matter what you are looking to get, but if you are inquiring about small tattoos, its best to get a couple at a time for the price point.

All appointments require a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellation.  If cancelled with over 48 hours notice, your deposit may be applied to a future appointment All deposits are non-refundable. If you have rescheduled twice already; your deposit will be lost and you will be required to leave another deposit. 

Please let me know if you will be more than 15 minutes late. I allow a grace period of 30 minutes before we would need to reschedule, but I do like to be in communication with my clients and I do understand that things happen. If you are more than 30 minutes late, or you have not notified me of your lateness, this will most likely result in a forfeited deposit, and you will need to leave another deposit in order to be rescheduled.

Touch-ups are free within the first year. The best time to get a touch up (if necessary) is between 3-12 months after the original tattoo date. Touch-ups after the first year will have a small touch-up fee. Touch-ups are only available for tattoos that I have done.

There are no refunds. There are no refunds for any amount of money sent through Cash App, Venmo, or Zelle. There are no refunds on any cash transactions. There are especially no refunds on any tattoo work or deposits.

All drawings and designs are owned by Elyse House. Drawings cannot be taken to another artist to be done and you will not be able to take photos of any designs. I will not send any photos of your concept/design except for an occasional sketch (this will only happen when I need clarification for our project). This way your work will be original, always, and any changes can be made in person at the time of the appointment.
